Canon Character RP is a group that's specifically made for RP involving canon characters, as the name suggests. It doesn't matter what franchise the character is from, as long as they come from an established universe. This includes, but is not limited to: comics, movies, books, cartoons, anime, video games, etc.
OCs, or "Original Characters" of any kind need not apply! In other words: If you created a character that isn't apart of an established franchise, you'll be asked to leave.
Additionally, please keep in mind that your characters aren't always going to be recognized by everyone. Entertainment is relative and varies accordingly from person to person. Owners and Moderators are certainly no different (especially when characters exist in obscure or underground universes). If you're approached by a Mod to determine the franchise, providing a link to its existence will be more than sufficient to confirm validity.
Be considerate to those whose interests may differ from your own — We all like different things. If you already know that your character isn't very well known, adding a link to your profile will help us out considerably.
The setting of the room is whatever anyone makes it out to be. It could be a bar, a forest, a city, an obscure place in some video game, or whatever else one can think of. If you want to RP, start one up and see if anyone is interested! You don't need to wait around for someone else to take the initiative.

- First and foremost, this is a group for canon characters only. This includes characters from any established franchise, i.e. movies, games, anime, comics, cartoons, etc. OCs will not be allowed in the room.
- Be civil. Don't be rude to newcomers or other members. We're all here to have fun!
- Check your drama at the door. We want to try and keep the peace in this group. If you're having a problem with another member, block them and move on. Dragging your drama into the room is a huge no-no.
- No godmodding, powerplaying, metagaming, etc. I understand there are ridiculously OP canon characters out there, but c'mon. At least make a fight fun.
- Duplicates/ Multiples of the same canon character are, of course, more than welcome to participate in the room.
- Please have some kind of profile to work with. A picture and simple Wiki info would be acceptable. Blank profiles will be notified, but if nothing is done, there will be a kick.
- There is a 3-strike system in place. First strike is a warning, second is a kick, and third is a ban.
- If there is serious RP going on in the chat, please use OOC brackets or parentheses if you're not involved.
- Last but not least, have fun!
Please bring any concerns or issues you feel need to be addressed to either an Owner or Moderator. Their job is to keep structure and civility within the room in order to ensure a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all.
