Time has passed since the supposed final destruction of the evil blade known as Soul Edge. The blade has ruined many lives and taken just as many souls including the soul of its original weilder Cervantes who still hungers for re-posession of the blade to this day. Wars have been fought and blood has been spilt by men who wish to take possession of what is said to be the most powerful sword ever created.

 

There was a time of peace after the blade had been destroyed. However there were rumors that spread across the world like wildfire. Back when Sophitia first destroyed the sword with the help of Taki, the destructive blast nearly killed Sophitia and it also sent shards of the sword scattered across the world. The shards were blieved to have reformed the last Soul Edge but there are shards still left in the world.

 

This news was enough to send men out to chase their destinities and travel from one part of the world to the other in search of the shards. If they were to use but one shard to forge it into a weapon then that weapon would become a devistatingly power sword, but nothing like the original. The more shards collected the more the person collecting them began to hunger for the others.

 

Some who have collected them have found that their strength and stamina have exponentially increased, but like an addictive drug they hunger for more power. Some seek out the shards to finally be rid of them and and cleanse the world of its evil taint that infects all who come in contact with it, save for the pure of heart. 

 

In this venture both new and old legends have begun to surface in this quest.

Sophitia Alexandra

 

Sophitia Alexandra was the first to destroy the evil sword Soul Edge with the help of the Ninja named Taki. The blast of evil energy that was created from its destruction nearly killed her and shards from the sword were imbeded within her flesh. Taki carried her home to Athens were her sister Cassandra took care of her and helped bring her back to health. 

 

Taki had used the shards that she had pulled from Sophitia to forge a blade and Sophitia fell in love with a blacksmith and married. years later her children found a piece of the shard and were fighting over it as its evil taint began to polute their innocent lives. Out of maternal love, Sophitia was going ot set out to being the shards but her sister Cassandra stole her sword and shield and ran off.

 

With a new sword and shield crafted from the loving hands of her husband Rotian, and with maternal love of her children as her main motivation Sophitia set out to make sure the sword was destroyed once more and it was. Peace was restrored in her life as well as her childrens lives and she continued to live happily with her husband until she woke up one morning and found that her old wounds burned.

 

It was an ill omen, immediately her children came to mind and she rushed to their rooms to check up on them only to find them covered in sweat and writhing within their beds. It was as if some sort of withdrawal overcame them, knowing the source of the symptoms, Sophitia sought out answered and discovered the news of the shards still out in the world from the first time she destroyed the blade.

 

With the lives of her children at stake Sophitia sets out once more to rid the world of the cursed sword forever.

 

 

 

 

Xianghua

Her story had begun with her ancestors and it had transcended time..until now...evil plans to re-awaken.

She had been searcing high and low for Kilik. Since the two had departed in a glowing white light, that was the last she had seen of him. It saddened her. Her feelings were of love and she wanted and longed to be by his side, she vowed never to fight him again. But word of evil travels quickly by mouth and hand...

Xianghua heads out on another journey to find her lost love, to make sure the traces of evil have not tinged his pure heart...and to prevent any one else from succumbing to the evil. She knew it was alive and pulsing. She could feel it shoot through all of her nerves and set them ablaze. She made a promise to herself, that no matter what..she wound find Kilik and put an end to Soul edge. For good. Her gaze averted down towards her Kita-Yuga, her mothers spirit forever watching. She felt her standing with her and giving her the will to move on and face all of the obstacles ...not just for herself or her family or even Kilik, but for the good of man kind. She held Kita Yuga to her chest, the sword glowed..and she began to walk, setting forth another story...

Riku

 

A Keyblade master, whose purpose is to keep the balance between light and darkness among the Worlds. After hearing that a new source of power threatened this World and many others, the young silver haired warrior embarked in a new journey to once again restore balance. Upon gathering information of the situation, he sought to find the shards of the evil blade called Soul Edge, making it his objective to vanquish them.

 

Equipped with his weapons, Soul Eater along with Black Heart, he was given the power to destroy the shards, never to be brought back again. However, he would need to have gathered all of the pieces first and have them purified before doing so. Knowing the destructive force each shards held within, he will do anything and everything in his power to gather them, even if it means fighting those who he has come to cherish.

OCs are welcome but have some information readily available about your character like...a profile. We will accept OCs but we will not accept clones of existing characters. Please have readily available a small story to go with your char as to their motives and why they seek the shards.

 

I understand that people want to do naughty stuff sometimes, thats perfectly fine as long as its done in private and you dont harass the other players for naughty RP.
